Workshop · 60 or 90 minutes
Also called the Personal Sutra Lab. It's a reflective workshop I developed for the Denver Yoga Summit. There are no poses, just a little quiet, some honest writing, and a few words you can carry home.
"You are already okay. Let the sutra remind you."

What it is
Most of us know a lot. We can hold the pose and quote the teaching. Then a regular, pressured Tuesday shows up, and a thought like "I should already be better" turns an ordinary moment into evidence against us.
Yoga becomes real under pressure. In this workshop we look at that gap together, gently. We don't try to fix anything. We notice that the steadiness we keep chasing was never really missing.
"A sutra is not a slogan. It is a return point."
Thoughtful, capable people who are tired, stretched thin, or who tend to turn growth into one more self-improvement project. Longtime practitioners are welcome, and so is anyone who's never read a word of yoga philosophy.
Simple and spacious. You can write privately, pass, or work solo. Nobody has to perform insight, and the phrase isn't homework you can fail.
The heart of it
Name the story or thought that's pulling you away. Messy is fine.
Choose the one word that points toward home.
Write what brings you back to yourself, not an order to improve.
Example: "I keep searching outside myself for home." → HOME → "Home has always been here within me."
We're borrowing what a sutra does, a thread to come back to. We're not writing ancient scripture. Your phrase can keep changing as you live with it.
No dates on the calendar right now. Join the list to hear about the next one.
Available in 60- and 90-minute versions. Be where your feet are, and let's talk about what would fit your people.
