Working together

What coaching with me looks like

Plain conversations, one parent to another. No homework charts, no guru talk. I trained in the inside-out understanding with Michael Neill at Supercoach Academy, and I'm still learning it right alongside the parents I work with.

1. Free call

We talk about what's going on at home and whether I'm the right fit. No pressure either way.

2. One-on-one sessions

Regular video calls where we look at the hard moments together: the yelling, the shutting down, the co-parenting tension.

Sessions are up to an hour. Each one is an exploration, so we stop when something has landed, and some run shorter.

3. Real-life practice

You notice more in the moment. Things at home start to move differently, often in small, surprising ways.

Who it's for

Investment

I work with parents over three months, so there's time for real change to settle in. We'll talk through what that looks like, including the investment, on a free call.

Let's talk, dad to dad (or parent to parent).

A free, no-pressure call. You tell me what's been going on at home, and we see if working together makes sense.
